The third meeting “No Limits to your Creativity” took place on October 6 and 7 in La Rioja, and was attended by great names in wine design. For two days, the guests participated in presentations, conferences and wine tasting, and had time to exchange experiences and knowledge with the aim of finding new ways of development and ideas for their future designs.

From Grupo Argraf we have held the third meeting of designers specialized in the world of wine “No limits to your creativity.” This edition, even more special if possible as it is the first held after the outbreak of the pandemic, has shown everyone’s desire to share experiences again, and has consolidated this event as a reference for design professionals. An unmissable meeting that encourages collaboration and the union of creative minds.

The conference brought together around thirty participants, among them professional designers and heads of design schools, who were able to visit different scenarios related to the world of wine, in order to foster their imagination and manage to merge art and knowledge of the environment together with your work and experience.

During the first day, held at Finca El Juncal, attendees were able to listen to Sandra Costa – BDM Spain & Portugal from Fedrigoni Self-Adhesive, a partner company and one of the leading manufacturers of premium self-adhesive papers worldwide.

During its presentation, Costa unveiled the new Neck label papers (collars) in addition to the new recycled ones, part of an extensive range of products within the framework of sustainability, the objective of the Fedrigoni group.

After this intervention, the writer and lecturer Andrés Pascual, an expert in change management, gave those present a conference on how to flow and show our best version in the chaotic and changing world that we have to live in. Pascual began by explaining how our brain works and provided the keys to challenge it and walk towards personal and professional success, even when external circumstances are complex.

The second day took place at the prestigious Muga Winery, in Haro, where the participants, in addition to visiting and getting to know these facilities up close, were able to listen to the presentation of Cristian Sillero, Foil unit Manager, of Comercial Arqué, a collaborating company and leader in the hot and cold stamping supply. In his intervention, Sillero offered an interesting technical talk about the possibilities offered by machined engravings for stamping or relief and in which he also explained how to identify the different effects in designs.

The guests also had the privilege of participating in a conference and wine tasting with the Master of Wine Pedro Ballesteros, being able to verify the expectations that the consumer realizes around a wine based on his image.

After the stoppage caused by the pandemic, the celebration of this event has made more sense than ever, making it clear that creativity does not have and should not have limits. We all want to return to a new “normal”, slower, more authentic, a different situation in which we are stronger and more united than ever.
