Argraf’s facilities are distributed between a huge area of more than 10.000 square metres which contain different departments that carry out the whole label manufacturing process: from the design and pre-print department, a pioneer in the implementation of the latest digital design systems made for creation and pre-print tasks, to the six printing, stamping and finishing areas.
Argraf’s printing facilities include 37 offset printing units and 45 flexographic units. This equipment makes possible the manufacturing of all kinds of labels, glued or self-adhesive, with an extremely high printing quality that suits the needs of each wine cellar.
Argraf is also a leader in different finishing designs and techniques to improve, enhance and distinguish each label. One of their most significant features is the inclusion of different finishing techniques in their work shops: stamping, acrylic varnish, UV varnishing and die cut. A good example is their stamping department, which is the biggest in Spain with 8 high technology machines. They also offer UV finish, laminating, acrylic varnish, machine sealing, etc.
